Kelly is a master at handling claims and helping the customers (us) through the sometimes frustrating Claims process. We had a water damage claim on our house right as we were selling the property. The process took a long time since the new owners were more concerned about selling their house than finishing the renovation of the damage in their new house. We had the last of the claim payout due us when the work finally got finished. Kelly worked diligently with the new owners contractor so that 9 months later we finally got our final claim payment.
